For 15 years, Handynamic adapt cars for disabled people, selling them to individuals and professionals. Handynamic digital transformation challenges

 

To support its growth, Handynamic needed to digitize all its business tools. The aim is to streamline communication between departments. Handynamic proceeded with Visiativ Transformation Diagnostic for a wide but deep analysis of the company’s digital needs.

 

This approach made it possible to realize that it was necessary to structure collaboration between the different departments and share better, but also to increase efficiency. It was therefore easy to identify which business processes should be digitized.

 

Also, the diagnostic pointed that the document repository system that was not outdated. It had become urgent to dematerialize customer management files and processes. Handynamic’s digital transformation was essential to enables the company to perform.

The company began its digital journey by implementing 2 applications. First of all, Visiativ Document Entreprise application. This enables document sharing among the company, customers files accessible in 2 or 3 clicks to get full history of the customer relationship.

Next, Visiativ Employee Portal application provides employees with a unique web solution for communication and sharing. It facilitates sharing of information within the organization and makes it possible to dematerialize current administrative processes (IS, HR, Finance, etc.).

With Visiativ solution, communication is much more fluid amonf the entire company and with customers. Handynamic has made tremendous progress in tracking vehicles produced, from customer signature to customer delivery. The deployment of these new tools has been a real revolution internally. The next step in Handynamic’s digital transformation will be the digitization of customer service, which is currently still managed manually. The goal will be to offer customers digital spaces enabling them to better communicate with them, or even to order spare parts online.
