The extended design office

Laurent FIARD

Co-founder and CEO of Visiativ, Laurent Fiard drives the vision and core values of Visiativ.
After a first business experience with a Hewlett-Packard distributor, he joined AGS in 1988 as head of business, before becoming director along with Christian Donzel, in 1997. After having been president of Cluster Numérique from 2012 to 2014, he presided over Medef Lyon-Rhône from 2014 to 2021.
Laurent completed technical studies and obtained a masters in marketing-sales.

Deputy CEO

Bertrand SICOT joined Visiativ in 2020 as Deputy General Manager to drive Visiativ strategy and help boost the company’s international expansion.
Bertrand has occupied successively the positions of Business Director for Western Europe, Vice President for North America, Executive Vice President for Worldwide Sales, then CEO of SOLIDWORKS, before becoming Senior Vice President for Indirect Sales of Dassault Systèmes in 2015, in charge of the growth and development of an international network of 500.
Bertrand is graduated of ENSAM.

Olivier BLACHON

Chief Strategic Planning Officer

To ensure business priorities enable achievement of strategic goals, Olivier BLACHON is in charge of the ongoing alignment between Visiativ strategic plan and annual planning and monitoring process. He defines, delivers and shares the Key Performance Indicator's dashboards in order to become a data driven company.

Beginning his career at Visiativ in 1989, Olivier led the Dassault Systèmes solutions distribution business in France from 2003 to 2015, then joined the management team in charge of international subsidiaries, business development and acquisitions.

Olivier holds an engineering degree from ECAM Lyon.

Audrey COUTTY

Chief Product & Technology Officer

In order to support the transformation, Audrey COUTTY was appointed Chief Product & Technology Officer with two goals: to ensure a solid customer experience and to strengthen Visiativ’ value proposition.
Audrey, engineer, brings us more than 20 years of expertise in product definition and strategy, cloud transformation and technical team management. In fact, Audrey was notably responsible for the product team in charge of supporting Cegid in its acceleration of the SaaS business and the industrialization of its associated business processes from sales to delivery.
Audrey is a computer science engineer from ESME Sudria.
After starting his career with Deloitte, Philippe pursued with the American industrial group BF Goodrich. He also has several successful experiences in international and listed pharmaceutical groups such as Novagali Pharma and Amplitude Surgical.
Philippe holds a Masters in Auditing from IAE of Lyon III and from DESCF.

In order to sustain Visiativ development, to secure business deals, our assets and reinforce risks management, Sophie DANGU join the company as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer end of 2021.
Sophie brings us more than 25 years of experience acquired alongside STERIA Group as Group General Counsel, then SOPRA-STERIA.
Sophie owns a master’s in business law and IP/IT and business school MBA. Sophie apporte plus de 25 ans d’expérience acquises en tant que Directeur juridique Groupe STERIA, puis SOPRA-STERIA. Sophie est titulaire d’un Master de Droit des Affaires et Propriété Intellectuelle et nouvelles technologies, complété d’un MBA.

Philippe joined Visiativ as Deputy Managing Director in charge of Finance to support the development and acceleration of the company's profitability.
After starting his career with Deloitte, Philippe pursued with the American industrial group BF Goodrich. He also has several successful experiences in international and listed pharmaceutical groups such as Novagali Pharma and Amplitude Surgical.
Philippe holds a Masters in Auditing from IAE of Lyon III and from DESCF.

To support its expansion and strengthen its human resources policy, Grégory JOURDAN joins Visiativ as Chief Human Resources Officer & CSR. His goal is to implement an efficient and innovative HR strategy focused on the global employee experience in line with the company's strategy.
Grégory started his career in 2007 at Cegid, then joined Emerson (Vertiv) for 10 years, during which he occupied several leading positions at an international scale.
Grégory obtained a masters degree from ESDES and studied the Management of Human Resources at the University of Portland, USA.

In order to maximize our value proposition leveraging digital technologies for the Visiativ Information System, Thomas PINVIN was appointed as Chief Information Officer in February 2021.
Thomas has over 20 years of experience in management information system deployment for Sales & Marketing and Business Administration. After ten years working at SOLIDWORKS managing CRM and e-Marketing deployment projects he joined Dassault Systems where he oversaw worldwide sales admin system deployment and support.
Thomas holds a Master's degree in foreign languages from Université Paris Sorbonne.

Visiativ's value proposition must be clearly communicated to the different market segments and audiences we address, using digital technologies more effectively. These marketing challenges are led by Andrew SLIPPER who joined Visiativ as Chief Marketing Officer in October 2021.
Andrew brings over thirty years of international marketing experience having developed his skills at Saatchi & Saatchi, L’Oréal, HP, SAP, Dassault Systèmes and Schneider Electric.
Andrew holds a Masters degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from London Business School.
