Coming from different backgrounds, all of the members of the executive committee are involved as sponsors in enterprise transformation projects.
Laurent completed technical studies and obtained a masters in marketing-sales. He had his first business experience with a Hewlett-Packard distributor in Grenoble. He joined AGS in 1988 as head of business, before becoming a director along with Christian Donzel, in 1997. After having been president of Cluster Numérique from 2012 to 2014, he presided over Medef Lyon-Rhône from 2014 to 2021
A graduate of ENSAM, Bertrand has occupied, in succession, the position of Business Director for Western Europe, Vice President for North America, Executive Vice President for Worldwide Sales, then CEO of SOLIDWORKS, before becoming Senior Vice President for Indirect Sales of Dassault Systèmes in 2015, in charge of the growth and development of an international network of 500. He joined Visiativ in 2020 in the position of Deputy General Manager.
Computer science engineer from the University of Technology of Compiègne and holder of a Masters in Finance from IAE of Paris, Senda began her career as a consultant with Altran in 2001, before becoming the Head of a finance profit center.
In 2007, Senda Bouchrara joined Exane, where she piloted cross-cutting operational efficiency projects. Beginning in 2015, she began part of CEGID to occupy the position of Executive Director in charge of Performance and Transformation, before being named Director of Services in 2018. In January 2020, she founded and directed Stratécience, consulting practice in strategy and operational efficiency, before joining Visiativ in September 2020.
Philippe holds a Masters in Auditing from IAE of Lyon III and from DESCF. After several successful experiences in pharmaceutical groups of international scope, listed on the Stock Exchange, Philippe joined Visiativ in the position of Adjunct General Director of Finance and thus became a member of the Visiativ executive committee.
After having studies the Management of Human Resources at the University of Portland in the United States, and having obtained a masers degree from ESDES, Grégory started his career in 2007 at Cegid, then joined Emerson in 2010 as Director of Human Resources France for the Network Power division, today Vertiv.He was there for 10 years, during which he occupied the positions of Director of Human Resources for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and then Director of Human Resources Worldwide for the Business Unit Industrial Systems. He joined Visiativ in 2019.
Decision-making body focused on supporting the robust development of Visiativ, in particular, its international development, the board of directors meets once a quarter to review performance, ensure alignment to vision, mission and values.
