    • Christian Donzel and Laurent Fiard buy out AGS FRANCE
    • AGS becomes Axemble
    • Launch of the myCADservices plateforme
    • Development from the VDoc collaborative suit
    • Creation of a partnership ecosystem

    • Axemble becomes Visiativ
    • The group sets up operations overseas
    • Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Euronext Growth Paris market
