Co-founder and CEO
Laurent completed his technical studies and obtained a Masters in marketing and sales. His first professional experience was with a Hewlett-Packard distributor, in Grenoble. He joined AGS in 1988 as marketing manager, before becoming a director alongside Christian Donzel in 1997. After chairing the Digital Cluster (from 2012 to 2014), he has the chaired Medef Lyon-Rhône chapter since 2014.
Co-founder and COO
Christian completed his technical studies at CNAM and IFG. He spent 17 years in the engineering department of the Rhône-Poulenc Group. In 1987, in Lyon, he acquired AGS, a subsidiary of the Swiss-based developer of Visionael CAD software. This was the beginning of the Visiativ adventure 30 years ago.
Chief Operating Officer
A graduate of EM Lyon Business School, Bruno began his career as a consultant and business engineer at various consultancy firms. He is co-founder and CEO of the ABGI Group, an international consulting firm with operations in France, Canada, USA, UK and Brazil. He specialises in strategic management, as well as structural operations and efficiency. In 2018, Bruno joined Visiativ and is now Chief Operating Officer.
Deputy Managing Director, Finance
Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Audit from Lyon III IAE and a DESCF. After several successful experiences in international and listed pharmaceutical groups, Philippe has joined Visiativ as Deputy Managing Director in charge of Finance and thus becomes a member of the Group’s Executive Committee.
Deputy Managing Director, Visiativ Solutions
Having obtained an engineering diploma from ECAM Lyon in 1988, Olivier joined AGS France in 1989. In 2003 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Axemble, French leader for SOLIDWORKS distribution. In 2015, Olivier joined the management team and assumed responsibility as Deputy Managing Director of the Integration division.
Chief Human Ressources Officer
Gregory has over fifteen years of experience as Human Resources leader in French and international groups. He has always evolved in the digital transformation sector, both on the software side within the Cegid group and on the hardware side over the past 10 years at Emerson Vertiv. Its main objectives will be to: carry on with the Group’s HR structuring, support the Group’s transformation and development, both in France and globaly and implement an innovative and effective HR strategy centred on employee experience.
